Join the Columbia Hoop Troop in welcoming Atlanta’s Super Hooper Lara to Columbia SC for the first time!

Lara will be teaching 3 FREE classes designed to introduce Columbia to Hoop Dance.
No Experience Necessary. Loaner Hoops available.
Adult Classes: Co-ed

What is Hoop Dance?
Hoop Dance is a hot new international fitness tool combining free form dance and Hula Hooping. It is used for meditation, weight loss, dance, or simply as a joyful expression of self but it is always just plain FUN!

So whether you wish to lose the pounds or just the “I can’t do it” attitude, when you allow yourself to just BE in the hoop Magic happens. Come and experience it for yourself!

When?
Friday Nov 6: 6-8pm - Beginner: Core Work, Hand Hooping, and Basic skill sets.
Saturday Nov 7: 4-6pm- Beginner II & Intermediate: Turns, Twists, and Tricks.

Special Fire and Safety Instruction Class available @ 8:30pm Saturday night –Class held in Blythewood (-only five slots available!) Please call or e-mail to reserve your place and receive directions.
